Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Backend Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator who can manage backend sales activities, client coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and operational support. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads, inquiries, and client requirements.
- Handle backend sales operations and daily coordination activities.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and documentation.
- Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and management teams.
- Handle email communication, WhatsApp coordination, and telephonic follow-ups.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, product demos, and client interactions.
- Maintain proper records of orders, sales activities, and client communications.
- Support management with MIS reports and operational updates.
- Ensure timely closure of pending tasks and smooth coordination between departments.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Professional email drafting and client handling ability.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in backend sales, coordination, or operations preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Experience:
0–3 Years
Salary:
As per company standards and interview performance.
