Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for multiple industries and job roles while ensuring timely delivery of manpower requirements to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.
- Understand client requirements and job specifications across various industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across different sectors.
- Negotiate salary packages and employment terms between candidates and clients.
- Work closely with branch teams to ensure timely closure of job requirements.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job roles across various industries.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
