The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering continuous, planned training programs to university students to ensure they are fully prepared and interview-ready for final placements and the competitive corporate job market.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design and Development: Design, plan, and implement comprehensive Soft Skill enhancement programs and update learning materials, workshops, and training modules tailored to meet specific learning objectives.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions using various delivery methods, such as instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and e-learning platforms.
- Placement Readiness Modules: Conduct specialized training in core areas to prepare students for final placements, including:
- Resume Writing
- Mock Interviews
- Group Discussions (GD) & Aptitude Tests
- Workshops and seminars on soft skills development, industry trends, and job search strategies to enhance students' employability.
- Program Coordination: Coordinate with partnered campuses for Placement Training.
- Performance Evaluation: Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms. Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on evaluation results.
- Industry Integration: Arrange Guest Speakers and Guest Lecture Series from industry/academia on a continual basis to provide real-world insights.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Education, Business, or related field).
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in training, L&D, or academic counseling.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably focused on employability skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the education industry is a plus.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
