Responsible for supporting day-to-day coordination, member engagement, and smooth execution of meetings and events for a professional business community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly meetings and member activities
- Manage communication with members and guests
- Maintain schedules, calendars, and records
- Support venue coordination and meeting arrangements
- Event planning and execution
- Social media coordination
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English)
- Strong coordination and organizational ability
