Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, APIs
- Integrate multiple platforms (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, SaaS tools, social media)
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams
- Stay updated with automation technologies and best practices
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking
- Ability to work on-site in Surat (no remote option)
- Degree in Computer Science / IT / related field preferred (not mandatory if skilled)
