Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify potential borrowers through field activity, networking, and cold calling. Convert leads into successful applications for Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Customer Advisory: Act as a financial consultant. You will guide clients through various loan structures, explaining interest rates, tenures, and eligibility criteria to help them make informed decisions.
- Documentation & KYC: Ensure a seamless onboarding process by collecting, verifying, and submitting necessary KYC and financial documents in strict compliance with regulatory standards.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets to drive company growth.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and channel partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements & Qualifications Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Commerce or Finance background is a plus). Experience: 0–6 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or the Financial Services sector. We welcome freshers with high energy and a hunger for sales.
