The Real Estate Site Head is responsible for overall management of a real estate project site, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, construction, customer relations, and administration. This role focuses on driving site-level sales, overseeing operations, ensuring timely project progress, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site, including sales office and site activities
- Lead and manage on-site sales teams to achieve revenue and booking targets
- Ensure proper site presentation, branding, and customer experience at the sales office and sample units
- Coordinate with construction and project teams to track progress and timelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the site
- Handle escalations, customer queries, and site-level issue resolution
- Monitor inventory, pricing updates, and unit availability in coordination with central teams
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements at the site
- Track and report site performance metrics (walk-ins, conversions, bookings, collections)
- Liaise with channel partners, brokers, and marketing teams to drive footfall
- Oversee documentation, booking forms, and coordination with the closing team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, site management, or project operations
- Proven experience in managing real estate project sites or large developments
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and construction coordination
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance
