✔ End-to-end OPT/CPT/H1B recruitment
✔ Sourcing and screening IT candidates
✔ Working with implementation partners and direct clients
✔ Managing interview coordination and follow-ups
✔ Building strong consultant and client relationships
Required Skills:
✅ Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
✅ Hands-on experience with OPT recruitment
✅ Good communication and negotiation skills
✅ Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
