Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and technically sound Programming Trainer / Faculty to deliver high-quality programming training to students and professionals. The role involves classroom teaching, hands-on practical sessions, project guidance, and mentoring students to make them industry-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on programming languages
- Teach concepts with hands-on coding sessions and live demonstrations
- Guide students in logic building, problem-solving, and coding practices
- Prepare and update course content, assignments, and practice exercises
- Conduct assessments, tests, and project evaluations
- Support students with doubt-solving and one-to-one mentoring
- Assist students in mini-projects and final projects
- Track student performance and maintain attendance and progress records
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams for curriculum alignment
- Participate in demo sessions, workshops, and technical events
Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills
- Strong command over at least one programming language
- (C, C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and basic algorithms
- Knowledge of databases (SQL basics)
- Familiarity with version control (Git – basic)
- Ability to write clean, readable, and optimized code
Teaching & Soft Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong classroom handling and student engagement skills
- Patience, mentorship mindset, and student-friendly approach
- Willingness to learn and upgrade technical skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a programming trainer / faculty / mentor preferred
- Industry experience in software development is an added advantage
- Comfortable teaching freshers and beginners
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus
