Key Responsibilities: Conduct community outreach and awareness programs
* Coordinate health camps and community activities
* Identify community needs and support beneficiaries
* Liaise with NGOs, government departments, and local organizations
* Conduct counselling and provide social support to patients and families
* Maintain community visit reports and documentation
* Promote healthcare awareness and preventive health practices
* Support hospital community development initiatives
