Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material receipt and dispatch, and maintain accurate stock records. The candidate should ensure timely material availability, proper documentation, and coordination with internal departments for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Issue materials against approved Material Requisitions (MR).
- Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
- Perform regular stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Projects, and Service departments for material requirements.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), and other store documents.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department for replenishment.
- Handle material returns, damaged materials, and excess stock as per company procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Assist during internal and external inventory audits.
- Ensure timely updating of ERP/Katalyst with all material transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Experience in ERP software (Katalyst, SAP, Tally, or similar ERP systems).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Store or Inventory Management.
- Experience in the HVAC, MEP, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector will be preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and ERP systems.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
