We are hiring Voice Process Executives for an International Voice Process in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating with international customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
- Provide professional and timely customer support.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
- Prior experience in an international voice process/BPO is preferred.
- Candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience are preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
