Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Good to have skills : Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Must Have Skills & Qualifications
Python Expertise: 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Python, including a strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system internals.
Data Analysis Tools: Proven experience using Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib in production-grade or analytics-intensive environments.
Cloud & ETL Proficiency: Practical knowledge of core AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and IAM, along with experience designing and managing ETL pipelines.
Application Modernization: Solid background in working with or modernizing monolithic applications.
Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of directly engaging with client Business and IT teams. Demonstrated ability to lead and guide a technical team of 6–8 developers, providing strategic direction and technical oversight.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous delivery.
