Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Daily Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned clinics/centres.
- Ensure smooth coordination between therapists, front office, and support teams.
- Monitor operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high standards of patient experience and service delivery.
2. Daily Catch-Up & Team Management
- Conduct daily catch-up calls with the clinic/team.
- Review previous day's performance, today's priorities, and pending actions.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive last-mile execution.
- Ensure accountability for assigned targets and responsibilities.
3. Revenue & Sales Performance
- Own clinic/centre revenue targets and ensure achievement as per expectations.
- Track daily leads, conversions, consultations, package sales, repeat visits, and revenue.
- Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive patient retention and improve average patient ticket size.
4. Patient & Family Counselling
- Counsel patients and family members regarding treatment plans, rehabilitation journeys, and continuity of care.
- Understand patient requirements and help them choose appropriate services/programs.
- Build trust and ensure a positive patient experience without compromising clinical ethics.
5. Community Awareness & Business Development
- Develop strong relationships within the local community.
- Create awareness about physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports rehab, chiropractic and preventive healthcare services.
- Plan and execute community outreach activities, camps, health talks, corporate programs, and referral initiatives.
- Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, gyms, sports academies, and other relevant referral partners.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare and review daily/weekly performance reports.
- Track KPIs including Revenue, Lead Conversion, Patient Conversion, Average Ticket Size, Retention and Therapist Utilization.
- Present performance gaps and action plans to senior management.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
