We're Hiring: Business Development Associate (B2B Sales) | FundTQ

FundTQ is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to join our growing team.
This role is focused on building relationships with startup founders, promoters, and senior decision-makers and generating business opportunities across fundraising, M&A, business valuation, and other investment banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and connect with startup founders, promoters, and CXOs to generate new business opportunities
✅ Conduct outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals
✅ Understand founders’ business requirements and identify relevant fundraising or strategic opportunities
✅ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
✅ Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between founders and the internal investment banking team
✅ Develop long-term relationships with founders and key decision-makers
✅ Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and drive conversions
✅ Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in CRM
✅ Stay updated on the startup ecosystem, fundraising trends, M&A activity, and market developments
Candidate Profile:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
✔ 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, Investment Banking.
✔ Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and client acquisition
✔ Ability to confidently communicate with founders, promoters, CXOs, and senior stakeholders
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Candidates based in Gurgaon or nearby locations will be preferred.
