Job Description

We are looking for a Lead CRM Developer with 7+ years of experience to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

In this role, you will combine hands-on development with architectural thinking and team leadership. You will be responsible for building scalable CRM systems, enabling automation, and delivering high-impact business applications.

Key Skills

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Proficiency in C#, .NET, plugins, custom workflows, and Web APIs.
Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and Power Automate.
Strong understanding of CRM data models and system architecture.
Experience with Azure services such as Service Bus, Functions, and Logic Apps.
Knowledge of API integrations and event-driven architecture.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and ALM practices.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop complex customizations including plugins, workflows, and APIs.
Build and manage Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate.
Design and implement integrations with external systems and third-party platforms.
Leverage Azure services to build scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Ensure best practices in performance optimization, security, and solution design.
Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring coding standards and quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution planning.
Manage deployments, versioning, and environment strategies.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across systems.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
