We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Executives to join our banking support team. The ideal candidate will understand banking products, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and provide prompt assistance to customers by handling inbound support calls and resolving their queries professionally.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills and are eager to build a career in the banking and customer support domain.
Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound customer calls and respond to banking-related queries.
Understand bank products, services, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide accurate information and first-level technical and functional support to customers.
Resolve customer issues within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate call logs in the system.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Keep up to date with new banking products, process changes, and system enhancements.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn banking products and operational processes quickly.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Fresher to 6 months.
Education: Any Graduate.
Year of Passing: 2024 Pass-outs are preferred.
Basic knowledge of banking or financial services will be an added advantage.
