Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager - Engineering to join our dynamic Information Security Team (ISR) team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to direct and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering teams, facilitating the rollout of secure, scalable, and high-quality enterprise solutions.

Direct and guide IAM engineering teams, delivering leadership in people management, performance oversight, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and talent advancement.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Provide technical leadership and oversight for the build, development, deployment, integration, and support of enterprise IAM solutions.

Partner with architects, product owners, product managers, and business collaborators to align IAM strategy, technology roadmaps, and solution delivery with organizational and security objectives.

Drive operational excellence by finding opportunities for performance, stability, automation, and process improvements.

Coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues, including defect triage, root cause analysis (RCA), risk mitigation, and implementation of preventive actions.

Promote technical excellence through training, working with multiple functions, technical research, and collaborative learning.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (B.E. / B.Tech / M.S. / M.Tech / MCA).

Total experience between 13 to 15 years.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and work effectively as a team member.

Good business insight.

Self-starter with the ability to work with people at all levels.

Confidentiality of sensitive information is required.

Hands-on development and integration experience in one or more IAM tools.

Strong development experience in Java, Typescript, and JavaScript; Python, Beanshell is a plus.

Preferred hands-on React.js development experience along with experience with REST API build and implementation.

AWS Cloud knowledge, particularly AWS CDK, is preferred.

Knowledge of Terraform is preferred.

Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries.

Familiarity with SAML or OAuth authentication and authorization.

Knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP.

A good grasp of object-oriented concepts and build patterns.

Proficiency in markup languages like XML and/or JSON.

Understanding of application servers like WebSphere or WebLogic.

Familiarity with versioning tools like GIT, and CI & build tools like Jenkins, Maven, Bit Bucket.

Certifications in any of the above-mentioned technologies are a plus.
