Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced AS400 Developer with strong expertise in RPG technologies to support development, production support, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IBM i (AS400) environments and be capable of handling end-to-end development and support activities.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on AS400 (IBM i) platform
- Write and modify programs using RPG / RPGLE
- Develop and maintain CLLE programs
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
- Perform impact analysis and implement system enhancements
- Work closely with business and functional teams for requirement understanding
- Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation activities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in AS400 / IBM i development
- Strong knowledge of RPG & RPGLE
- Good knowledge of CLLE
- Experience in production support and application enhancements
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of SDLC processes
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Exposure to DB2 on AS400
- Experience in handling batch jobs and job scheduling
- Familiarity with change management processes
- Ability to work in a support-oriented environment
