The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Executive who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems and making sure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
You’ll be the voice of our brands, handling customer queries, resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth customer experience across every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide quick, accurate and empathetic resolutions.
- Handle queries related to orders, products, payments, delivery, returns and complaints.
- Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with internal teams.
- Work closely with E-commerce, Operations and other teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Help improve customer satisfaction and overall experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Experience / Customer Support / Telecalling / BPO.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable handling customer calls and difficult conversations.
- Patient, empathetic and solution-oriented.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using CRM / ticketing systems and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Tamil, Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and solving problems.
