Position Name: HR Executive
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations and recruitment.
Technical Skills
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- HRMS and employee database management
- Payroll input validation
- Leave and attendance management
- HR documentation and record keeping
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances like PF & ESIC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Well versed in Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling end-to-end employee lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
- Experience in healthcare, IT environments is an added advantag
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
