Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated talent acquisition intern to support our HR
operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes,
recruitment, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
Internship Structure
- Understanding the recruitment process and hiring workflow
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Managing candidate communication and follow-ups
- Assisting with onboarding of selected candidates
- Supporting HR documentation and recruitment activities
Performance Expectation:
Interns are expected to actively contribute to recruitment activities and support the successful
hiring of candidates during the internship period.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates
- Help manage and maintain HR documentation and databases (HRIS)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in organizing virtual employee engagement activities
- Work closely with the team to support performance reviews and feedback cycles
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Learning Outcomes
- Practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment and hiring workflows
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Understanding of LinkedIn recruitment and job portal hiring strategies
- Experience in managing candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
