1. Accounting & Financial Management:
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger maintenance.
- Oversee preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records through timely reconciliations (bank, vendor, inter-company, and customer).
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and ensure proper fund management for smooth business operations.
2. Compliance Management:
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and all other statutory filings in compliance with applicable laws.
- Manage income tax computations, advance tax payments, and assist in preparation of tax audit reports.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for statutory audits, assessments, and queries.
- Oversee implementation of regulatory changes and ensure full compliance with company policies, labor laws, transport permits, and licenses.
3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting:
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis to help management make informed decisions.
- Prepare MIS reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review on a regular basis.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities and process efficiencies.
4. Internal Controls & Process Improvements:
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Review and improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
5. Coordination and Team Management:
- Supervise accounting staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with operations, transport managers, and other departments for smooth coordination of financial workflows.
- Assist senior management in financial decision-making with comprehensive reports and insights.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and present key insights to stakeholders.
- Strong MS Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
