Role Overview
We are looking for sharp, detail-oriented individuals who can understand how an existing business works for 100 cr turnover and convert that understanding into clear, structured manuals and SOPs to take it to 1000 crore. You do not need to come from the Life Science or healthcare industry — you need to be a good listener, a clear thinker, and a crisp writer.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work will directly shape how AVM Labs becomes a highly efficient organization that gives better experience to customers, Diagnostic Laboratory Operations and employees while building scale across 1000s of Labs pan-India.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements through discussions with department heads and the Management Systems Draft, structure, and maintain Company Manuals, SOPs, Process Guides, and Induction Documents Work on multiple manuals simultaneously — Company Induction, Network Induction, Lab Operations, Software Training, and more Present drafts for review, incorporate feedback, and finalise documents Ensure all content is simple, precise, and easy to understand for the intended audience Organise and maintain a content library for all manuals and SOPs Support in creating training materials and handbooks as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
