Job Summary
Responsible for operating and monitoring molding/machining equipment used in bright bar manufacturing, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate molding and related production machines as per SOP.
- Set up molds, tools, and machine parameters before production.
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments when required.
- Inspect finished bright bars/components for dimensional accuracy and surface defects.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Identify and segregate defective products.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments during breakdowns and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
- Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection and wastage.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Fitter/Machinist/Turner) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in bright bar, steel, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper and micrometer.
- Ability to read production drawings and work instructions.
- Knowledge of safety practices and machine operation.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
