About Arteva Group
Arteva Group is a diversified business organization with interests in Real Estate, Consulting, Hospitality, and Business Services. We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to oversee financial management, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, and strategic financial planning across the group's business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory reports.
- Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Taxation
- Handle direct and indirect taxation matters.
- Prepare tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
- Manage tax assessments, notices, and compliance with applicable laws.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor departmental expenses.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and investment analysis.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance systems.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Business Advisory
- Provide financial insights to support business expansion and investment decisions.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and due diligence activities when required.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified and a member of ICAI.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3–8 years of post-qualification experience (Real Estate, Hospitality, Consulting, or Group Companies preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and ROC compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Busy, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple business entities and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Real Estate accounting and project costing.
- Knowledge of RERA compliance.
- Experience in hospitality or multi-company/group accounting.
- Exposure to financial modeling and strategic planning.

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
- Budget adherence and cost optimization.
- Successful completion of audits with minimal observations.
- Effective cash flow management and working capital control.
- Timely submission of MIS and management reports.
