The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across digital channels to drive awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role requires a strong understanding of ecommerce, beauty industry trends, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, content strategy, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve target ROAS and CAC.
- Conduct audience research and customer segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Brand Marketing
- Build and strengthen Joyory's brand positioning in the beauty market.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop campaigns that highlight Joyory's unique technology features and product offerings.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators on brand campaigns.
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Create and manage social media growth strategies.
- Plan monthly content calendars.
- Oversee content production for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Drive community engagement and brand awareness.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Identify and onboard beauty influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Manage influencer campaigns and partnerships.
- Track influencer performance and ROI.
- Build long-term creator relationships.
CRM & Retention Marketing
- Develop email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Implement customer retention strategies.
- Improve repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value.
- Create loyalty and referral program campaigns.
Product & Feature Marketing
- Promote Joyory's AI-powered beauty tools:
- Virtual Try-On
- Shade Finder
- Personalized Routine Builder
- Ingredient Compatibility Checker
- Develop go-to-market campaigns for new product launches and features.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs including:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
- Conversion Rate
- Retention Rate
- Website Traffic
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use data to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce marketing, or beauty marketing.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or fashion ecommerce.
- Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing marketing agencies and freelancers.
