Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, execute strategic marketing campaigns, and drive student admissions. The ideal candidate will handle social media promotions, digital ad campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (WhatsApp, social media, and search engines) to drive student admissions. Design engaging promotional graphics, flyers, and creatives using tools like Adobe Express/Firefly. Run and optimize online lead-generation campaigns for academic courses (11th Science, JEE, NEET, MHT-CET). Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve conversion rates and ROI. Collaborate with the management team to execute bulk messaging and local outreach strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing analytics. Familiarity with graphic design tools (such as Adobe Express or similar software). Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, especially within the education or coaching sector. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
