We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 7+ years of experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, audience targeting, keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum efficiency.
- Track conversions and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better CTR and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Drive lead generation campaigns with a focus on CPL optimization and ROI.
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and Google Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, Display Advertising, and remarketing.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data reporting.
- Expertise in keyword planning, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
- Ability to manage large budgets and deliver campaigns within defined KPIs.
- Experience with other paid media channels (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Experience in real estate marketing campaigns (added advantage).
