Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Develop working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Create and maintain drawing registers and document control systems.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local building codes, and industry standards.
Design Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Incorporate design revisions and technical changes into drawings.
- Resolve drafting and coordination issues during project development.
Quality Control
- Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Ensure drawings are properly dimensioned and annotated.
- Conduct quality checks before issuing drawings for construction or client review.
Project Support
- Assist architects in preparing tender and construction documentation.
- Support site teams by providing drawing clarifications and revisions.
- Participate in project meetings and coordination workshops.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor junior draftsmen and CAD technicians.
- Allocate drafting tasks and monitor progress against project schedules.
- Maintain drafting standards and best practices within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in architectural drafting and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods and materials.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Revit
- SketchUp
- Navisworks (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop (advantageous)
- Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Soft Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
