We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to provide prompt and professional assistance to customers through live chat, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via Live Chat, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone while interacting with customers.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring quality service.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM/software with accurate information.
- Follow up with customers whenever required to ensure issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of customer requests.
- Meet daily response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Chat Support, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi will be an added advantage).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Customer-centric attitude with patience and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling WhatsApp Business, Live Chat, or CRM software.
- Ability to manage customer complaints effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare or Ayurvedic industry will be an added advantage.
