Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates.
Plan and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize performance.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
Collaborate with creative, content, product, and sales teams to develop high-converting landing pages and campaign assets.
Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve acquisition and retention.
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing tools.
Mentor and guide junior performance marketers and digital marketing specialists.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or similar are preferred.
4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
