The Gardener is responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas to ensure a clean, attractive, and healthy environment. The role includes planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and general upkeep of outdoor green spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Water plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees regularly.
Maintain lawns through mowing, trimming, and edging.
Plant seasonal flowers, trees, and decorative plants.
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and soil treatments as required.
Prune trees, hedges, and bushes to maintain appearance and health.
Remove weeds, dead plants, and garden waste.
Maintain garden tools and equipment in good condition.
Monitor plant health and report any disease or pest issues.
Keep pathways, parks, and landscaped areas clean and presentable.
Follow safety procedures while handling gardening equipment and chemicals.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
