Key Responsibilities
- B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard potential clients including civil contractors, developers, and institutional buyers.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility as a leading provider of waterproofing and industrial process piping.
- Field Marketing: Conduct field visits and B2B partner visits to manage customer interactions and secure leads.
- Strategy Development: Prepare and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on the company’s specific industry niche.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on latest industry trends in the Kochi/Ernakulam region.
- Digital Presence: Oversee content strategy and lead performance marketing (Google and social media ads) to generate high-quality leads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Engineering background may be preferred for technical products).
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the construction, chemical, or engineering sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and professional relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, and CRM tools like Zoho).
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
