Hiring: Sales Manager
Location: Ajmer Road, Jaipur
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, generate business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in at least one of the following industries: Real Estate, Construction, or IT.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage the sales team effectively
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
Monitor team performance and provide guidance/training
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Management
Experience in Real Estate / Construction / IT industry (any one)
Strong team handling and leadership skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
