We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Senior HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Stakeholder and hiring manager coordination
- HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement
- HR compliance and Karnataka labor-related practices
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of experience in Recruitment & HR Operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in volume hiring and strategic recruitment preferred
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Candidates based in Karnataka will be preferred
