Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good pronunciation and a neutral/clear accent suitable for US customers.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in US telecalling, international BPO, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
