- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, pipelines, pumps, and water systems.
- Operate and maintain HVAC equipment such as AHU, FCU, and AC units.
- Carry out minor civil, carpentry, and painting works.
- Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to identify issues.
- Attend maintenance complaints and close them within the defined timeline.
- Maintain daily logs, checklists, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use of PPE.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
