Full Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST & TDS compliance, reconciliations, and financial records. If you have strong accounting knowledge and want to grow in a professional work environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor payments
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial records
- File GST & TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance
- Assist with monthly reporting and audits
- Maintain accurate financial documentation
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or Zoho Books
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and invoicing
- Good MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
