- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Control inventory and order supplies when needed.
- Monitor sales and expenses to help meet business targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
