We are seeking an experienced and skilled Multi-Cuisine Private Chef to manage daily meal preparation for a private household. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking, capable of preparing a variety of cuisines while maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, presentation, and nutrition.
- Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per family preferences.
- Cook a wide range of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, Asian, and other international dishes.
- Prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
- Plan weekly and monthly menus in consultation with the family.
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- Manage kitchen inventory, grocery lists, and stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions, special requests, and nutritional requirements.
- Handle guest meals and special occasions when required.
- Ensure safe food handling and storage practices at all times.
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong expertise in multiple cuisines.
- Excellent knowledge of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food preparation.
- Ability to create diverse and healthy meal plans.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to family preferences and schedules.
- Culinary certification or formal chef training.
- Experience working in private residences, luxury homes, or hospitality establishments.
