We are looking for an IT & Systems Executive to manage the day-to-day IT infrastructure, networking, CCTV, electronics, billing-related systems, shop IT operations, and company IT assets across our showroom/office.
Key Responsibilities
- Networking: Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connections and troubleshoot network issues.
- Computer Systems: Installation, configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
- CCTV: Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, storage, connectivity and camera uptime.
- Electronics: Coordinate and troubleshoot basic electronic equipment used in the showroom and office.
- Billing Systems: Ensure billing computers, printers, barcode scanners and related systems are functioning properly. Provide immediate support during billing issues.
- Shop Opening & Closing: Handle the required IT/system checks during showroom opening and closing and ensure all critical systems are operational.
- IT Assets: Maintain proper records of laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers, networking devices, CCTV equipment and other company assets.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for repairs, replacements, AMC and technical support.
- Maintain regular backup, antivirus, software updates and basic system security.
- Maintain an IT issue log and ensure problems are resolved within the required timeline.
- Provide technical support to employees and departments whenever required.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Networking, Windows, hardware and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of CCTV/DVR/NVR systems
- Knowledge of printers, barcode scanners and billing/POS systems
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical connectivity
- Good problem-solving and vendor coordination skills
- Ability to maintain IT asset records and documentation
- Willingness to support urgent showroom IT issues
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / BCA / B.E in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related field
Experience: 1–3+ years in IT/System/Network Support; retail or jewellery showroom experience is preferred.
Key Expectation: Ensure networking, systems, CCTV, billing, electronics and all critical showroom IT infrastructure run smoothly without affecting daily business operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
