Donor Relations & Admin Executive
About the Role
Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about making a social impact? We are looking for a dedicated Donor Relations & Admin Executive to be the backbone of our fundraising and donor care operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our impactful social work projects and the amazing donors who fund them.
You will manage essential administrative tasks (like Excel tracking and documentation) while actively communicating with donors via WhatsApp to keep them engaged, updated, and inspired to support our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Donor Communication & Engagement: Craft and send personalized greeting messages, festival wishes, and regular updates to build strong, lasting relationships with our donors.
- Payment & Receipt Management: Promptly generate and send official receipts to donors after every contribution.
- WhatsApp Campaigning & Reminders: Manage donor follow-ups and gentle donation reminders via WhatsApp based on active campaigns and project timelines.
- Data & Project Management: Maintain meticulous records of our social work projects and donor databases in both soft copy (Excel/Cloud) and hard copy (Physical Files).
- Project Segmentation: Understand the details of our various social work projects to segment donors accurately and pitch the right campaign to the right donor.
- Basic Administration: Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Computer Literacy: Strong hands-on experience with MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for writing warm, polite, and persuasive messages (especially for WhatsApp).
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain flawless physical and digital filing systems without losing track of details.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business or communication tools to manage donor chats efficiently.
- Passion for Social Work: A genuine interest in NGO/social work operations and a respectful attitude toward donors.
- Education/Experience: Prior experience in data entry, customer service, front office, or NGO administration is a big plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
