- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes/action items
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors)
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with high discretion
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Draft emails, correspondence, and official documents on behalf of the Director
- Coordinate events, board meetings, and leadership reviews
- Assist in vendor coordination and basic administrative management
Pay: ₹40,497.42 - ₹60,223.51 per month
