About the Role:
As a Senior Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admissions process, explaining course offerings, and driving enrollment. Your role will involve consultative sales, where you connect students with suitable educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult & Counsel: Engage with potential students and parents, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate courses.
- Sales & Conversion: Manage leads, follow up on inquiries, and drive course enrollments to meet revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring a great learning experience.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to improve engagement and visibility.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to optimize strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in EdTech product sales.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain concepts clearly.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to influence and convince students and parents.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and EdTech platforms.
- Target-driven: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
