Job Overview:
We are hiring passionate and skilled Indian and Bakery Chefs to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food preparation, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:For Indian Chef:
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes as per standard recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage daily mise-en-place and kitchen preparation
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
For Bakery Chef:
- Prepare baked items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts
- Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure quality control and consistency in baked products
- Handle baking equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section
- Assist in new product development (if required)
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate culinary skills (Indian / Bakery specialization)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
