What You Will Do
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
New Account Registration: Process customer registration through Forms.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns.
Making and Sending Quotations: Prepare quotations for required articles and services.
New Lead Generation: Communicate with leads to arranging meetings and secure new business opportunities.
Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales coordination & operations.
Repeat Business: Encourage and manage repeat customer sales.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify additional sales opportunities.
Lead Management: Generate and convert sales leads.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
What We Expect of You
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2-3 Years of Total & Relevant experience with Stability
Experience in using CRM software or related tools is a plus.
