Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in equipment maintenance, installation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for installation and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
- Assist in identifying and implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Support procurement by evaluating mechanical components and spare parts.
- Participate in audits and ensure statutory compliance related to mechanical systems.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, maintenance practices, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
