Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chef (Tandoori & Non-Veg Specialist) for our organization in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality tandoori and non-vegetarian dishes for employees, guests, and company events while maintaining hygiene and food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of tandoori and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Manage marination, grilling, and cooking processes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate for kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in tandoori and non-vegetarian cooking.
- Expertise in handling tandoor and preparing kebabs, tikka, grilled items, and other non-veg specialties.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
