Regional Business Manager (RBM) – Franchise Development & Operations
Location: Kolkata | Ahmedabad | Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Pune | Dehradun | Rajasthan
We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead franchise expansion, drive operational excellence, and strengthen business growth across multiple regions.
Experience Required
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Franchise Development & Operations
- Experience in the Preschool/Early Childhood Education industry is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing.
- Support franchisees through onboarding, training, and successful centre launches.
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular business reviews, operational audits, and performance evaluations.
- Drive franchise growth by analysing business performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support franchise success.
- Provide admission support and ensure achievement of regional business targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Candidates with a Preschool/Early Childhood Education background will be given preference.
Required Skills
- Strong franchise development and business expansion experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in franchise operations and partner relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
